EARNING POINTS 

When earning points via placing orders using our 1 point per $1 spent method, this excludes any shipping costs in the order total. It will only be worth the products in the cart.

Your points tally will be updated when your order has been fulfilled in the warehouse and shipped. Any items that are returned for a store credit will have their value deducted from the points tally upon completion. 

Birthday Points 

• Please note you won’t receive points for setting your birthday. Once the date is set you will receive an email the morning of your birthday, notifying you 250 points have been added to your tally. These points are only distributed once annually. 

 

REDEEMING POINTS

You will only see the REDEEM button when your account has enough points. You will not automatically receive the reward when you hit the points total. You must click this REDEEM button to activate the reward on offer. Once you click redeem - your balance will deduct the points immediately. The code will still be valid until it has been used in a successful order. You will receive an email with a code which you can use in the 'Gift Card or discount code' box in the checkout.

To use this discount code please note your order must be a minimum of $39.95. 

Please note you cannot use your redeem code with any other discounts in your cart.
