Returns

If your items aren't quite right, you are able to return them for a store credit within 25 days. Please note, our return portal will allow for up to 30 days from your order date to take into consideration some shipping and handling time.  Please note return postage is at the expense of the customer.

Store Credits

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn, with tags, and in its original packaging.  You will need to know your order number and email address used for the order.

Please note your store credit will be valid for 12 months from the date of issue.  We will notify you as soon as we’ve received your parcel. Then within 24 business hours, your return will be inspected and processed.  If your items are satisfactory, you will be emailed your store credit voucher via the email associated with your order.

Exchanges

Sorry we cannot hold items for exchange.  The most effective way to ensure you can secure the item and size you want is to make a new order for the item before stock sells out and return your incorrect item for a store credit.  If you choose to wait for your item to be returned to us to process a store credit, please know we aim to process return parcels within 24 business hours of receiving.

Returns Portal

To start a return, enter your details into our Return Portal (order number and email). We will be notified of your request.  Please allow 24 business hours for your return request to be processed.  If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with our return shipping address.  Please include a note with your name, order number and email address in the parcel to make sure we can process your return quickly.

PLEASE FOLD YOUR ITEMS NEATLY AND PLACE IN THEIR ORIGINAL PLASTIC PACKAGE WITH GARMENT TAGS STILL ATTACHED.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues

Please inspect your order upon receiving it and contact us immediately if you have any concerns so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you as soon as possible.

If you have a faulty or incorrect garment we will work quickly to resolve this for you.  Please email us at hello@nextchaptersociety.com.au with the subject "Faulty/Incorrect Item #order number".  Please include a brief description of the issue and include photos.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns or refunds on our Gift Vouchers.

We do not accept returns or exchanges from items purchases in our Clearance Collection.  These prices have been significantly reduced and the stock is set to clear. Please note the return portal will not allow these products to be returned.
