Shipping & Pick Up
We know how excited you must be to have an order on its way! That's why our team will dispatch all orders placed before 3pm Monday - Friday, on the same day. If there are any delays on our end we will contact you via email.
If we are unable fulfil your order we will contact you via email.
Please ensure you triple check your cart when placing an order so the correct sizes and styles are ordered. Please check your order confirmation via email to ensure you have ordered correctly. Please contact us immediately if you need to change your order or your personal details. The warehouse team will try their best to change your order before it is dispatched but we cannot guarantee this if it has already reached dispatch.
Please understand during significant campaign launch periods and sales there may be a slight delay due to a higher volume of orders. We thank you for your patience during these times.
All orders will be sent via Australia Post, please be patient, at times there are delays on their end. You can check an estimated arrival date (see below) using our postcode 2229 and your own postcode.
Generally 'Regular Post' orders take between 3-7 days after they leave our warehouse.
Generally 'Express Post' orders take between 1-3 days after they leave our warehouse. Note not all orders are in the overnight delivery catchment.

• Pick up is available from Caringbah South, Sydney 2229. You are able to nominate the day and time to collect your order from the collection box. Details provided by email once your order is ready.
