Welcome to 1st October, a day that marks the start of Mental Health Awareness Month across the country.
We celebrated @ruokday last month, and as we continue the theme of Mental Health Awareness going into October, it’s still as important as ever to check in on your family, friends, neighbours, colleagues or even a stranger. Don’t just do it on RUOK day, it’s need to be done regularly.
It’s been a long few months for Aussies battling the demands of lockdown and lack of normality for many. As Sydney is on the brink of coming out of lockdown in 10 days time, it’s also important to reflect on your own mental health.
